Frequently Asked Questions

Is a contract required?

-Yes.  The loyal Launcher Membership Program requires a contract and has a minimum term of two months.

How long does the membership last?

-The membership is billed monthly and last until cancellation is made.  Cancellation must be made in-person at Launch Trampoline Park in Columbus, Georgia

How often am I billed?

-The membership is billed monthly and the member must keep an active credit/debit card on file.

Is there a cancellation fee?

-There is no cancellation fee.  However, memberships are required to be open for two months and can only be cancelled in-store.

Can I get a one month membership?

-No.  Memberships have a two month minimum.

Is the membership valid at all Launch Trampoline Parks?

-No.  Currently, our system only allows for the membership to be used at Launch Trampoline Park in Columbus, GA.  If visiting another Launch park, member will be required to pay full price.

What does the membership entitle me to?

-The Loyal Launcher Membership Program entitles the member to one free hour of jump every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.  It also allows the member to get an hour of jump time anytime for just $10.  In addition to that, the member also receives 10% off any food, beverage, merchandise, birthday party, or group event purchased by the member.  The member also receives a special $10 rate for special events such as Friday Glow Nights or Saturday Night Blackout

Are there blackout dates?

-Yes.  Major holidays and days schools are out are all considered blackout dates.  We use the MCSD Calendar as the basis for blackout dates.  However, members are still entitled to purchase an hour for just $10 on blackout dates.  Blackout dates are ever-changing, so please feel free to call us prior to coming in to check for blackout information.  The park is closed on Mondays during the school year, so Monday free jump will not be eligible during school year.

Can I register for a membership online?

-No.  Registration requires a photograph to be taken and credit/debit card to be kept on file.  For this reason, registration can only occur in-store.

Can I cancel my membership online?

-No cancellation can only be done in-store, and the member must be present.
